The Services The goal at Design Consulting of Memphis is to help homeowners prepare lived in & vacant homes into 'ready to sell' real estate that will show at its full potential. ++++++++++++ Level 1
Consultation- Here's how it works: A consultant will schedule a time that is convenient for you or your realtor to walk through the house. This typically takes about an hour depending on the size and condition of the home. After the walk-through, your consultant will give you on-the-spot feedback explaining the highest priorities. They'll also point out key features to focus on and tell you what you're already doing right. Two days after the initial walk-through, your consultant will come to your home and guide you through a packet containing detailed suggestions and resources for achieving the desired look in each area of your home. Suggestions will cover maintenance & repair, furniture placement, color pallets, and overall flow. It contains recommendations for the interior as well as the exterior of your home because we know how crucial the 'curb appeal' is to the ever important first impression.
++++++++++++ Level 2 Consultation- Here's how it works: After delivering your initial consultation packet, your consultant will schedule a second session to personally address your home's challenges. This session should be very interactive and may include furniture moves and rearranging. The most important part of this service is the clutter elimination & organization time that you'll get from your consultant. You'll also receive a second set of recommendations that covers the more in-depth improvements & modifications and takes into consideration demographics of the neighborhood & the cultural preferences of the likely/target buyer. ++++++++++++ Level 3 Consultation- We consider this consultation level as 'full service.' In addition to the services offered with consultation levels 1 & 2, your consultant will become your personal shopper and advisor. Here's how it works: Your consultant will schedule ‘revamp’ time based on your home’s needs. Depending on the jobs at hand, a helper or a team may accompany your consultant (included in consultation charge). One of the most valuable services included in this consultation level is the shopping time you’ll get from your consultant. They will personally pick out accessories for each room of your home that will help create the desired look. This can also include new furniture purchase or rental. Depending on the investment interests you have, this is also the consultation level in which your consultant would coordinate the efforts of our network partners such as painters, landscapers, and sub-contractors. ++++++++++++ If you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation, please contact us.
